Drops a star simply because we reserved for 7pm and was told there was an hour wait time on food. We left for that reason but came back for lunch early next day. Food was really good. Everyone was happy with their choices. We had small plate selections and veg burger. The corn ribs were particularly good! Staff were super friendly. Stunning views from the beer garden.

Went to The Bluff Inn in Hayle. You have to pay for parking, but it’s a cracking spot looking right over the ocean. Ordered at the bar and the food was good, was busy which lead to about a 40 minute wait. (Football was been streamed) Only downside was the amount of packaging, there were four of us eating in the garden and everything came in boxes. I get that in summer it’s not always easy to do proper dishes, but we were given loads of single-use cutlery, which felt a bit much. Staff were friendly though. Oh, and they don’t take Amex.

Great family pub owned by Haven. Stunning sea views looking over to St Ives. Huge carpark which is pay and display and free if you are staying in the caravan site. Huge beer garden with lots of seating loads to choose from on the menu and kids eat for only £1 off the kids menu. Sport is regularly played so attracts a diverse amount of people unfortunately this place is closed during the winter inline with the caravan site opening dates. Carpark is still available to use throughout the year.

We can in about 2 pm on a Sunday after food and a drink. The bar was busy, but there were still tables available. We ordered 2 pints of Offshore with our food, which were flat and replaced as soon as we highlighted this to the bar staff. Waited 20 mins for food, which we didn't mind as was looking out over St. Ives Bay. When they arrived, the portions were ample and tasty. This is run by Haven but open to anyone who walks in.

Visited for an evening meal. Lovely pub, great atmosphere and amazing sea views. Food was delicious service good. Car park is on a bit of a hill so might be difficult for anyone with mobility problems.

The first thing you notice when walking into the Bluff is the spectacular views. I am a self proclaimed steak snob so it's very rare I'm happy when I order steak anywhere else but M&C, that being said it wasn't too bad, I like it rare and it was slightly over, very tasty though. I was able to swap the peas for mushy no issues. The brownie was one of the best brownies I've ever had, the wife's words as I don't have a sweet tooth, if I could have chicken wings for pudding I really would. The cocktails are delicious and fairly priced as my wife is currently going through them. The inside needs a little TLC but the staff are welcoming.

From Glasgow, visiting family in Cornwall and came here for food and drinks. We sat outside as we had a dog, lovely weather and fantastic views. Food was good, service and staff were good. Had a really nice time here, even though for no reason, some idiot young lads thought it necessary to wind up and annoy our dog. Child and dog welcoming.

We are staying at a place 5 minutes away so thought we would have a meal.. The view was the 1st thing we noticed. It was beautiful. My kids played in the play area outside for a while before raining, we got a table pretty quickly. The food was lovely, I had fish and chips which was absolutely delicious, my kids and partner loved their food too. Then we had a pudding to share. Overall was a lovely place to eat!
